Orders takes 2-3 business days to handle and ship, however for exception some Epsilon and Crux units may takes 5 days to be shipped as these are pre-order items. US orders are generally shipped with FED-Ex, but may also be shipped with USPS or regional carriers. All orders are protected from damage with shipping insurance and all new products include Manufacturer warranty.
