One of our top priorities is to get your merchandise to you safely and cost effectively. That’s why we provide Free Shipping on all of our products. Orders takes 2-3 business days to handle and ship, however for exception some Epsilon and Crux units may takes 5 days to be shipped as these are pre-order items. US orders are generally shipped with FED-Ex, but may also be shipped with USPS or regional carriers. All orders are protected from damage with shipping insurance and all new products include Manufacturer warranty.

General Shipping Rules:

  • We only ship to a PayPal verified address.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, FPO Boxes or Military Addresses.
  • Once Shipped The tracking number shall be sent to you by our automated system.
  • Orders takes 2-3 business days to handle and ship, however for exception some Epsilon and Crux units may takes 5 days to be shipped as these are pre-order items.
  • We only ship orders during business days which are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Delivery times are not guaranteed and are dependent on the carrier's schedule.
  • Sometimes the availability of the items in your order may change while we are processing your order. In this event, you will receive an email notifying you of a delay.
  • We ship to all contiguous U.S. addresses with the exception of P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO). Please call us at 213-261-4161 or email us at ra@dat-cvm.com or send a message using our Contact Form for a shipping price quote with your Item SKU and shipping address.
  • Please enter a telephone number where Shipping Carrier or Diamond Audio Technology can reach you, should there be any questions regarding the shipment.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any orders or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. These measures are done to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or any other unauthorized activity.

Shipping Methods and Transit Times:

Carriers : FED-Ex, USPS ( items weighting less than 3 lbs. through USPS)

Note: There are exceptional brands that may require additional 3-4 days to process after receipt of orders.

Order Tracking:

Once an order has been shipped, we send our customers an email with the tracking number for the order. Click on the tracking link in the email to follow the location of the package on the carrier's website. If you did not receive a tracking number by email or need to confirm the tracking information, please contact us at ra@dat-cvm.com or call us at 213-261-4161.

Signature Required:

Due to the valuable contents of some shipments, Diamond Audio Technology may require a signature upon delivery. Such guidelines will not be overruled upon the customer's request. Please understand that this is a security measure taken by our Company to ensure the safe delivery of each package and guarantee excellent service. Many of our third-party shipping carriers and payment companies require signatures upon delivery to protect against fraud and theft.   • Diamond Audio Technology does not process orders during weekends or holidays.
  • FED-Ex & USPS does not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday.
  • Diamond Audio Technology does not guarantee same day shipping.
